What is ContigoBot?
A WhatsApp assistant for clinics and appointment-based businesses in Spain. It answers the messages that reach the clinic's WhatsApp, offers and confirms appointments and hands the conversation to reception when a person is needed.
Does it work for veterinary clinics?
Yes. Contigo Clínica works with veterinary clinics: the record holds the owner and their animal, and the bot answers their WhatsApp messages.
How is patient data handled?
ContigoBot uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. With your clinic's data we act as data processor under Article 28 of the GDPR: the clinic remains the controller and we only process the data on its instructions.
