Clinic diagnosis: what to build first, in one week
In one week we look at how your clinic works today and tell you what is worth building, in what order and what to leave out. The diagnosis costs €990–1,500 ex VAT and is only needed for Replace, Group or on-site projects; you don't need it to start with a pack.
The person who runs the diagnosis is the person who, if it fits, builds the solution.
What we look at
- 1How you handle things today: WhatsApp, bookings, your practice software and the moments a conversation passes to a person.
- 2Where time is lost: unanswered messages, incomplete records and appointments that don't add up.
- 3What to build first: a single piece, with the scope in writing and a list of what waits for later.
- 4The scope and price of the first delivery are fixed and signed before anything touches production.

What a first delivery usually includes
WhatsApp
The bot answers on the clinic's WhatsApp Business number, greets clients who already have a record by their name, offers and confirms appointments and hands the conversation to reception when a person is needed.

Clients, conversations, appointments and the WhatsApp thread in one place, with the same data the bot uses.
Production
It is the same system you try in the demo, connected to your clinic's real number.

How it goes live
- 1.First you try it in the public demo (demo.clinica.contigobot.com/demo), with made-up data.
- 2.Then you use the Contigo Clínica desk with your own records, with the same logic for clients, conversations and appointments.
- 3.Finally, we connect the clinic's WhatsApp Business number to the same system.
It is the same system at every step: what you try in the demo is what your clinic uses.
Who it is for
For clinics that run on WhatsApp, a diary or a spreadsheet and several separate tools, and lose time moving between them, when the project goes beyond a pack: replacing the practice software (Replace), several sites (Group) or on-site work.
What the diagnosis does not include
- Buying a phone number or a switchboard.
- Advertising campaigns.
- Contacting your patients or clients on your behalf.
- Building the solution: that is the first delivery, with its own quote.
