What is the difference between Bot, Starter and Pro?

Bot answers WhatsApp, books appointments and hands over to reception. Starter adds the diary and client records. Pro adds PDF invoicing, payments and staff time tracking, from the desk or by WhatsApp.

Do I have to change my practice management software?

No. The Bot pack is built for clinics that want to sort out WhatsApp and keep their practice management software. If you would rather replace it, the Replace pack does that with a custom quote.

Can I use the WhatsApp number the clinic already has?

Yes. We migrate the number the clinic already uses to the WhatsApp Business Platform. In the Bot pack, the migration costs at most €190.
